Who we are
Full Circle Legacy Partners provides financial education and planning coordination for athletes and their families. We work with student-athletes, professional athletes, parents, and guardians — often across several generations of the same family.
This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language, because a privacy policy you cannot read is not much of a policy.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to have a conversation with you and to keep the site working.
Information you give us
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your role — athlete, parent, or agent and advisor
- The message you write to us
If you email or call us directly, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and follow up.
Basic usage data
Like most websites, our site and its hosting provider automatically record basic technical information: your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit. This information is general and is not used to identify you personally.
Cookies and analytics
With your consent, this site may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics 4) to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, and how you arrived here. Analytics cookies are set only if you choose “Accept” on the cookie notice; choosing “Decline” keeps the site fully functional without them.
Where analytics are enabled, IP addresses are anonymized. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, and you can learn how Google processes data at policies.google.com/privacy.
Separately, one small preference is stored in your browser so the cookie notice does not reappear on every visit. It contains no personal information.
How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiry and answer your questions
- Provide the education and planning coordination services you ask us about
- Stay in touch with you about your family's plan, once you are working with us
- Understand how the site is used so we can improve it
- Meet our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations
We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal data. Not now, not later, not to anyone.
We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes, and we do not rent, trade, or license your contact information to data brokers, lead generators, or advertisers.
The only people who see what you send us are the people at Full Circle Legacy Partners who need to see it in order to help you, and the service providers described below who help us operate the site. If we are ever required to disclose information by law, court order, or valid legal process, we will do so — and we will tell you unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as we have a reason to.
- Inquiries that do not become relationships: we keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for up to 24 months, then delete them.
- Client records: we keep these for the length of the relationship and for as long afterward as required by applicable law and professional recordkeeping rules.
- Usage data: aggregate and anonymized analytics may be kept indefinitely, because it is not tied to you.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See Your rights below.
Third-party services
This site depends on a small number of outside providers. In the course of delivering the site to you, they may process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and request timestamps:
- Site hosting. Our hosting provider serves the pages and keeps standard server logs.
- Photo delivery network (CDN). Images on this site are delivered from a third-party content network, which receives the request for each image.
- Web fonts. Typography is loaded from a third-party font service, which receives the request for each font file.
These providers act on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing. Each maintains its own privacy policy governing the technical data it handles.
Children's privacy
This site is directed at families. Many of our visitors are the parents and guardians of minor athletes, and we expect that.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Our contact form is intended to be completed by an adult. We work with families through parents and guardians — when a young athlete is involved, we engage the parent or guardian, not the child directly.
If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information without a parent's consent, email us and we will delete it promptly.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date
- Delete your information, subject to any records we are legally required to keep
- Withdraw consent to optional cookies at any time
- Ask questions about any of the above and get a real answer
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@FCLegacypartners.com. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law; we honor those as well.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, our tools, or the law change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
If a change is significant — for example, if we begin collecting a new category of information — we will make that clear on the site rather than quietly editing the text. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
